Feelings. We all have them. We all feel them. Some feelings we feel more intensely than others. Usually, it’s not what we call “good feelings” that we struggle with experiencing. It’s the “bad feelings”- the hurt-the pain-that we find so difficult to live with. There is magic that happens when we stop trying to not feel the feelings that we don’t want to feel. The magic is an opening up of ourselves to new levels of experiencing. Don’t deaden your ability to experience life more.
